Review
This concert was filmed live at Karasaki Club Citta on December 13, 2003. The concert is an hour and 43 minutes long. It has 19 songs from their first two Best albums, 4 TV sized songs (which are all listed under track 13), and a guitar solo section. The DVD comes with a mini folded poster of Momoi on stage with japanese lyrics on the back.
For the most part, Momoi performs great on stage and makes the concert a lot of fun. The whole performance has a lot of energy and it's exciting to watch. There are a few songs where you can tell that Momoi is getting tired from running around all over the stage which makes her performance suffer a bit, but she still does a good job to keep things going. Momoi dresses up in 4 different outfits during the concert. There is also a commentary track with Momoi and Koike that plays for the entire duration of the concert.
I only have some minor complaints about some of the camera effects. During the last two performances the camera zooms in and out quickly to match some parts of the song, but it's very annoying. Also, there are a few times during the concert when the screen will have a strange blue effect that looks terrible because you can't make out the images on screen (see bottom screen shot). Thankfully they only last a couple seconds each time.
Despite a few bothersome camera effects, I had a great time watching Under17 perform on stage. I think it's safe to say that if you enjoy Under17's music, you are going to have a good time watching this concert.
